SKOOT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We make returns as easy as travel should be.
We want you and your little traveler to love your Skoot™ experience. We’ve designed our return and exchange process to be simple, flexible, and easy to navigate.
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:
- Be unused and in new condition
- Be returned in original packaging
Skoot™ ride-on products may be tested indoors on clean surfaces only.
*Products are not eligible for return or exchange if they show signs of:
- Outdoor use
- Wheel wear
- Worn balance pegs
- Scratches, scuffs, or damage
- Travel use or general wear
SkootCase™ and Luggage returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Helmets
- Personalized products
- Products discounted by 30% or more
- Limited edition drops
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right immediately.
We offer:
- No fees
- No return shipping costs
- Replacement, refund, or Skoot™ Credit options

RETURN OPTIONS
When submitting a return request, you will be provided the following options:
1. SKOOT CREDIT - FREE
Prefer to choose something else later?
Returns for Skoot™ Credit are completely free.

- No restocking fee
- Complimentary return shipping label provided
2. REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
Eligible products may be returned within the return window for a refund to the original payment method.
A flat restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total:

- $15 for SkootCases™ and luggage products
- $5 for all other products
Please note:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. EXCHANGES
Need a different color or a different product? We’ve got you covered, subject to availability.
Eligible exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange options include:

- Exchanging for the same product in a different color:
Completely free, including a complimentary return shipping label. - Exchanging for a different product of equal value:
No exchange fees apply. - Exchanging for a product of greater value:
Customers simply pay the difference in price. No restocking fee applies. - Exchanging for a product of lesser value:
Any remaining balance will be issued as Skoot™ Credit at no additional charge.
- Exchanging for the same product in a different color:
